3D PRINTING PROCESS

We use PLA filament that is plastic that goes through the 3D printer to make the hand. This plastic is durable so that individuals can be rough with it without fearing that it will break. The 3D printer prints plastic layer by layer which takes several hours to make depending on the size of the prosthetic hand.
